Velocity Family is a Sri Lanka-based importer and retailer of premium plastic products including water bottles, flasks, and related household and electronic items. We sell island-wide across Sri Lanka and are committed to providing quality products and reliable service to our customers.

Use of our website

By using velocityfamily.lk you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that you will use this website for lawful purposes only.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order
  • Delivery charges are calculated separately and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order

Orders and payment

When you place an order with Velocity Family the following conditions apply.

  • Your order is an offer to purchase and is subject to acceptance by us
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability
  • Full payment must be received and verified before your order is dispatched
  • We accept the following payment methods: PayHere (credit/debit card) and direct bank transfer
  • For bank transfer orders payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing your order or the order may be cancelled

Delivery

  • We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka
  • Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your location
  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order weight and will be shown at checkout
  • Once your order is dispatched a tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or email
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control

Returns and refunds

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs as proof
  • Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging and unused condition
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit at our discretion
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Intellectual property

All content on velocityfamily.lk including logos, images, text, product descriptions, and design is the property of Velocity Family and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law Velocity Family shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products, any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
